3D PRINT EXPO 2017
The event consisted of over 50 exhibitors from around the world, 3D-printed submarines and missiles, a 3D printer controlled by Android OS and surgical robot simulator, and speeches by European experts. Also, the attendees were entertained at the 3D Print Awards ceremony, 3D-printed fashion show and a printer giveaway. The annual international exhibition of additives technologies, the 3D Print Expo was held in the Sokolniki Center in Moscow on October 13-14. 3D Print Expo attendees participated in 3D printing workshops. They tested the MEDVR_LAP surgical robot simulator by MEDVR Company and Eidos Innovations representatives. Owing to PICASO 3D and Autodesk companies’ efforts, the guests passed four levels of 3D printer mastery, from zero (“never seen before”) to advanced (“I have one at home”).
PICASO 3D received the award in the Best Development of 2017 category. We are of course talking about Designer X PRO. The Company booth had the long-awaited X PRO for all the attendees to see up close and familiarize themselves with the device in detail.
The visitor numbers don’t lie – interest in 3D printing grows every year. And every year, manufacturers present new products that help solve various production challenges.
